Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At EvertrendMarket, every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition.
- Incorrect product received.
- Incomplete product received (missing accessories, components, or items that are part of the original package).
To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. Requests related to damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products may not be approved without a valid unboxing video.

Return Shipping Process
Once your request is approved:
- A return shipping label will be generated and shared with you.
- The product must be packed securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and included items.
- The return shipping label must be affixed to the package.
- Our courier partner will arrange pickup from your address.
Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or included components may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Inspection & Resolution
After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- If a replacement unit is available, a replacement will be provided as the primary resolution.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be processed based on product availability and customer preference.
EvertrendMarket reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria or fail verification during inspection.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team.
Shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.

EvertrendMarket shall not be responsible for delays, delivery failures, or losses resulting from incorrect address or contact information provided during checkout.
Failed Delivery & Re-shipping
If a shipment is returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for re-dispatching the order.

- Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The unboxing video must be continuous, clear, and unedited.
- Customers are advised to retain all original packaging materials until the return or replacement process is completed.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
- Products returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not qualify for replacement or refund.
- Replacement and refund requests submitted without sufficient evidence may be declined.
- Return, replacement, and refund decisions are subject to verification and inspection by EvertrendMarket.
- Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the claim, courier timelines, and product category.
- Promotional items, free gifts, and bundled accessories provided with an order must also be returned, if applicable.
- EvertrendMarket reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
